Pressure Washing Invoicing Software

Pressure washing invoicing software: invoices raised from the approved quote, paid by card on their phone, with deposits and part payments tracked.

Most pressure washing jobs are finished in a morning, which means the invoice should go out before you leave the driveway, not on Sunday night from a notebook. In Servetic the invoice is raised from the quote the customer already approved, sent as a link they can pay on their phone, and tracked until the balance is zero.

The approved quote becomes the invoice

When a customer accepts your estimate, the invoice is raised at the accepted price. It happens once: accepting twice does not create a second invoice. For work that was booked rather than quoted, you raise the invoice from the job record, and it arrives with the job's line items already on it.

Jobs grow on site. The customer asks for the walkway and the steps while you are already set up. Add, remove or reprice lines before sending, so the bill reflects what was actually washed rather than what was first quoted.

Paid on the customer's phone, into your own account

Every invoice has its own link. Connect your Stripe, Square or PayPal account and the card fields appear on that page, so the customer can pay while you are coiling the hose. The money settles into your account on your provider's normal schedule and rates; Servetic does not hold your funds.

An invoice is only marked paid when your payment provider confirms the charge on the server side, so a closed browser tab cannot leave you thinking a job was paid when it was not.

Deposits for the jobs that need them

Large house washes, roof soft washes and commercial work are where a no-show costs you a day. You can take a deposit or the full amount when the job is booked. Where the price cannot be final until you have seen the surface, the card is authorised at booking and only charged once the price is agreed, or released if it is not.

Part payments, cash and cheques on the same record

Commercial customers often pay in instalments, and some homeowners still hand over a cheque. Record any payment taken off-platform against the invoice, and the outstanding balance is worked out from there.

Questions

Can I invoice a pressure washing job straight from the quote?

Yes. When the customer accepts the estimate, the invoice is raised at the accepted price, once. You can edit the lines before sending if the job changed on site.

Can customers pay by card on the spot?

Yes, if you connect Stripe, Square or PayPal. The invoice link opens on the customer's phone with card fields on it, and the payment goes to your own account.

Can I take a deposit before a big job?

Yes. Take a deposit or the full amount at booking. For jobs that need a site look first, the card can be authorised at booking and charged only once the price is agreed.

What if a commercial customer pays in instalments?

Record each payment against the invoice and the remaining balance is tracked. Cash and cheque payments are recorded the same way.

Does Servetic take a cut of my payments?

No. You connect your own payment account and pay your provider's normal processing fees. Servetic does not sit between you and your money.
