Pressure Washing CRM for Small Crews
A pressure washing CRM that keeps each customer's property, surfaces, quotes, jobs and payments in one record, with follow-ups that win repeat washes.
A pressure washing business lives on repeat work: the same driveways, houses and roofs, washed again every season. Servetic keeps every customer in one record, from the first quote request to the third annual soft wash, so the next job is a message away instead of a search through old texts.
What a pressure washing CRM has to remember
A generic CRM stores a name, an email and a deal stage. That is not what you need on a Tuesday morning in someone's driveway. You need the address, what you washed last time, how big it was, what you charged, and the gate code.
In Servetic every customer record is created automatically the first time someone books or asks for a quote, and every job, estimate, invoice, booking and quote request links back to it.
- Service address, phone and email, with the job history underneath.
- Private notes for gate codes, dogs, water access and where to park the rig.
- Tags and custom fields for things like surface type, HOA or commercial account.
- Total invoiced per customer, so you can sort the list by your best accounts.
- Estimates and invoices on the same record, with what was approved and what was paid.
From the first request to a paid invoice, in one record
Leads arrive from your booking page, your website widget, or ad lead forms from Meta and Google on the Growth plan. Each one lands in Service Intake with the time it came in, so you can see how long it has waited for an answer. Speed matters: the operator who replies first usually gets the driveway.
From there you measure the surfaces on a satellite map, send the estimate as a link, and the customer approves and signs it online. The approved estimate becomes a scheduled job, the finished job becomes an invoice, and the customer pays by card through your own Stripe, Square or PayPal account. Nothing is typed twice, and all of it sits on the customer's record.
Turning one wash into a customer for years
Most of the profit in pressure washing is in the second and third visit, not the first. The CRM side of Servetic is built to make those happen without you having to remember them.
- Recurring services for maintenance work, repeating monthly, every two months or quarterly, with the price and the crew already on each visit.
- Automatic follow-ups on estimates and invoices that go quiet (Growth plan and up).
- Email campaigns to past customers, for example a spring house-wash offer to everyone you washed last year (Pro plan).
- Automated review requests after a job is completed, so happy customers are asked while the driveway still looks new.
- A customer portal where people can see their quotes, approve work and pay invoices without calling you.
Why not a spreadsheet or a general CRM?
A spreadsheet works until you have a second truck or a busy spring. Then the quote lives in one place, the schedule in another and the payment in a third, and nobody knows which customer was promised a Friday slot.
General CRMs such as HubSpot or Zoho are built for sales teams with pipelines and deal stages. They do not measure a roof, price a 3-car driveway or turn an approved quote into a job on a calendar. Servetic does the CRM part as a side effect of running the work, which is how a small crew actually has time to keep it up to date.
What it does not do
To save you a trial: Servetic does not track chemical inventory or detailed job costing, it orders a day's stops by distance rather than live traffic, and the QuickBooks Online and Xero connections are still in beta. If those are deal-breakers today, a larger field service platform will suit you better.
Questions
What is a pressure washing CRM?
Customer relationship management software for pressure washing businesses: one place that holds each customer's property details, quotes, jobs, invoices and payments, and helps you follow up so they book again next season.
Do I need a CRM if I run one truck?
If more than a handful of customers come back each year, yes. The record of what you washed, how big it was and what you charged is what lets you re-quote in a minute instead of a site visit, and that pays for itself on the first repeat job.
Can I bring my existing customer list?
Yes. Import customers from a CSV file, and on the Business plan we help with the import. You can also export the filtered customer list to CSV at any time, so your data is never locked in.
Does it connect to QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online is available in beta on the Growth plan and above, syncing invoices and customer records. Xero is in beta on request.
How much does it cost?
Customer records, the customer portal and online quotes are included on every plan, from $29 a month for one user. Growth at $49 adds three users and automatic follow-ups; Pro at $129 adds email campaigns. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial, no card required.
