Set your service area

Create territories by ZIP code list, mile radius or a drawn zone so addresses you do not cover are never offered a time.

Territory

A territory is an area you serve. When territories are set up, the booking form checks the customer's address against them, and an address outside every territory is told plainly that you do not cover it.

Quick start from your address

The Getting started checklist on the Dashboard can create a first territory from the ZIP code you gave at signup. Add more ZIP codes to it any time.

Each territory card shows its coverage, and how many services and employees are attached.

Create a territory

  1. Open Territory from the sidebar and add a territory.
  2. Enter a Territory Name and an optional Description, and leave Active on.
  3. Under Coverage Area choose one method: List of zip codes, Radius from a center point (a center ZIP code and radius in miles), or Draw a custom zone on the map.
  4. If you draw a zone, finish the outline on the map before saving.
  5. Choose the Services Offered in this Territory and the Employees Assigned to this Territory.
  6. Save.
