Recurring options live on a service's Deposits & Scheduling tab, alongside deposits and availability. Turning them on lets a customer book that service on a repeat schedule instead of a single visit.
Services › Edit service › Deposits & Scheduling › Recurring Options
Setting it up
- Open the service and go to Deposits & Scheduling.
- Turn on Enable Recurring Bookings.
- Under Available Frequencies, turn on each schedule you offer: Weekly, Bi-weekly (Every 2 weeks), Monthly, Every 2 Months, Quarterly.
- For each frequency you turn on, set its own Discount percentage. Leaving it at 0 offers that frequency with no discount.
- Optional: turn on Allow Ongoing Subscriptions so customers can subscribe until they cancel, rather than committing to a fixed number of visits.
- Optional: set Maximum Occurrences to cap how many recurring bookings a customer can schedule at once. Leave it blank for unlimited.
- Save.
How the discount is actually applied
When a customer chooses a recurring frequency at booking, Servetic looks up that service's own discount percentage for the chosen frequency and applies it once, to that service's own subtotal - after its pricing options, add-ons, first-visit fee, territory adjustment and volume discount, and before tax. A service with no discount set for a given frequency is simply not discounted for it.
First-visit fees still apply once
A service's optional first-visit fee (set on the Pricing & Duration tab) is charged the first time a customer books that service - including the first visit of a recurring series - and is not charged again on the recurring follow-up visits.
