Servetic has four plans. Every plan includes the owner as one of its users. Every account starts on a 15-day free trial with no card required, before any plan is selected for real.

Annual billing charges 10 months' worth up front for 12 months of access, so it works out to two months free compared with paying monthly. Each plan builds on the one below it: Growth adds removing Servetic branding, automatic estimate and invoice follow-ups, ad lead forms, QuickBooks Online and Xero (both in beta) and team assignments; Pro adds email campaigns, live job location sharing, territory-based pricing and route optimization; Business raises the user, territory and marketing allowances and adds assisted onboarding and scheduled support calls.
Founding rate
While places remain, the Starter plan is offered at a founding rate of $19 a month or $190 a year to the first 50 businesses that complete a paid subscription. The rate stays locked in while you remain subscribed. The plan picker shows the founding price and the regular price together when a place is available, and eligibility is confirmed at checkout. Once the 50 places are gone, Starter is offered at its regular price.
Additional users
On Growth and above, you can add a limited number of users beyond those included with the plan, at $10 a month or $100 a year each. The subscription screen shows an Additional users field capped at your plan's maximum, with the extra cost added to your total. If you need more than the cap, move up a plan. Starter is a single-user plan and does not offer this field.
Choosing a plan and checking out
- Open Settings from the sidebar and choose Subscription.
- Pick Monthly or Annual billing.
- Choose a plan card. On Growth and above, set how many additional users you need.
- Select Continue to secure checkout. You are taken to a secure, provider-hosted checkout page to complete payment.
- After checkout, Servetic confirms the payment and your plan becomes active.
Managing an open or active subscription
Your subscription card shows your current plan, its status and price. If a checkout is still pending, you can resume it, or ask Servetic to refresh the payment status if you completed payment but the screen has not updated yet.
