Every invoice has its own public, shareable link, separate from the login-protected view you see inside Servetic. Send it by email or text, or put it on a receipt, and the customer sees a read-only copy of the invoice with the option to pay.
What the customer sees
The public invoice shows your business details, the line items, the total, and — once anything has been recorded against it — the amount paid and the amount still due. While a balance remains, a Pay Online section appears underneath.
Which gateway actually shows
Pay Online checks which of your Stripe, PayPal or Square accounts are genuinely connected and only offers those — the same check used for a deposit at booking. If nothing is connected, the whole Pay Online section is left out instead of showing a payment button that wouldn't work.
When it counts as paid
A payment made through Pay Online is only recorded once the gateway confirms it went through — the customer sees a brief confirming step, then the invoice's paid and due amounts update. Reloading the public link afterwards shows the new balance.
