Marketing › Lead sources
This connects the lead forms behind a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, not your Facebook Page's general inbox or comments. Once set up, someone filling in that Meta lead form is turned into a quote request without you doing anything.
Connect Facebook
- Open Marketing from the sidebar and choose the Lead sources tab.
- Choose Connect Facebook and sign in with the Facebook account that manages your business Page.
- Approve the Page and lead-retrieval permissions Meta asks for.
- Choose the Facebook Page Servetic should monitor.
- Choose either All forms on this Page, or one specific lead form.
- Choose Start receiving leads.
What happens when a lead comes in
Each new submission on the connected form arrives through a webhook and appears in Service Intake, Leads, tagged with Facebook Lead Ads as its source. The answers from the Meta form stay attached to the lead. Promote it to Quote Requests when the prospect is ready for pricing.
| Status shown on the Lead sources tab | What it means |
|---|---|
| Facebook Page | The Page whose lead forms Servetic is watching. |
| Lead form | The specific form selected, or All forms if you chose not to narrow it. |
| Last lead received | When the most recent lead arrived, so you can confirm the connection is still live. |
What this does not do
- It does not create or manage the Meta lead ad or the form itself - build and run the ad campaign in Meta Ads Manager as usual.
- It does not import leads collected before the connection was made.
- It only watches the Page and form you selected. A different Page, or a different lead form on the same Page, needs its own selection.
Reconnect or disconnect
Choose Reconnect or change Page to point the connection at a different Page or form, or Disconnect to stop new leads from arriving. Quote requests already created from earlier leads are not affected either way.
