Booking Questions are plain questions and answers attached to a service - for job context, not price. They never change the total by themselves; a question that should affect price belongs in Pricing options and add-ons or in a surcharge condition instead.

Question types
| Type | What the customer sees |
|---|---|
| Text Input | A single-line text field. |
| Long Text | A multi-line text area. |
| Number | A numeric field. |
| Dropdown Select (single choice) | A dropdown of the options you list; one can be picked. |
| Radio Buttons (single choice) | The same single-choice options shown as radio buttons instead of a dropdown. |
| Checkbox (multiple choice) | The options you list, with more than one pickable. Leave the options empty and it falls back to a simple yes/no checkbox instead. |
| Photo Upload | Lets the customer attach images, up to a maximum count you set. |
Per-question settings
- Open Add Question and write the Question Label the customer will see.
- Choose the Question Type.
- For Dropdown, Radio or Checkbox, add each option's text.
- Optional: add Placeholder Text shown inside the field.
- Turn on Required field if the customer must answer before booking.
- Save.
Questions can be reordered by dragging, duplicated, edited or deleted from the question list at any time.
Showing a question only when it applies
Each question can carry a "Show this question only if..." condition, checked against this service's other Booking Questions and its Pricing Choices (the option groups from Pricing options and add-ons). Left empty, a question is always shown. This is how, for example, a "Property Classification: Commercial" answer can reveal business-only follow-up questions while "Residential" reveals different ones - or how a "Dumpster Pad" choice can reveal a "Dumpster Count & Size" question that would be meaningless otherwise.
