What employees see on their phone

No app to install — it's a phone browser view. What a field employee sees after signing in: their jobs, addresses, notes, tap-to-call and job actions.

There is no separate Servetic app for employees to install today. After setting their password, an employee signs in at servetic.com like anyone else and is taken straight to their own jobs-only page — a phone browser view, not a native app. A native App Store and Google Play app is listed as in progress on Servetic's mobile page, but nothing is available to install yet, and none of that affects what employees use right now.

What's on the page

The header shows the business name and the employee's own name and job title, with a Sign Out button. Below that, three tiles total their day: Assigned, In progress and Completed job counts, followed by Active and Completed tabs to switch between jobs still ahead of them and ones they've finished.

Each job card

Only jobs assigned to that employee appear — as the primary technician or as a helper — never anyone else's jobs. Each card shows:

  • The service name(s) and customer name, with a status badge (Scheduled, En Route, On Site, Paused, In Progress or Completed).
  • Scheduled date and time.
  • The customer's address as a tappable link that opens Google Maps for directions.
  • The customer's phone number as a tappable tel: link to call directly, plus, where a number is on file, Text customer and "On my way" one-tap SMS buttons.
  • How long work has been underway once started, updating live (e.g. "Work started 9:12 AM · 42 minutes elapsed").

Open job details

Tapping Open job details expands the card to show the scope of work, a time-tracking widget, live location sharing with the office while a visit is open, any work instructions or notes the office added, a files-and-media section for before/after photos, field notes, and the job's service checklist (view-only for the employee — steps are managed by the office).

Job actions

Job statusButtons available
ScheduledStart Drive (marks them En Route) and Start Job / Arrived & Start (marks them On Site).

PausedResume Work.
Helper on a visitA personal travel or work timer they can start and stop, joining the visit's timeline without taking over primary responsibility.

How access is enforced

The jobs-only view lives at its own address and is not part of the main CRM layout, so an employee never lands in the owner's sidebar (Customers, Estimates, Analytics, Settings) even briefly. Access is checked both by account type on sign-in and, underneath that, by which visits the employee is actually a crew member on — so even a direct link to a job that isn't theirs won't show it.
