Booking Forms
Every business has a booking page from day one. It is built from your services, so it is live as soon as you have at least one service. Booking Forms has three tabs.
| Tab | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Settings | Which steps and fields exist, money collected at booking, and when customers can book. |
| Customize Form | How the form looks: layout, font, colours and your logo. |
| Widget & Sharing | Your direct link and the code to embed the form on your website. |
Settings decides whether something exists. Customize Form decides how it looks. No control appears in both.
Settings
- What customers are asked: switch form steps and fields on or off. Changes appear in the form straight away.
- Money collected at booking: your Deposit default and Tax rate, and how the tax is shown to customers.
- When customers can book: your business hours. See Set when customers can book.
Customize Form
Pick a font, your colours and logo, and preview the form for each kind of order: Direct booking, Quote only, Booking request and Mixed order, where bookable and quote-only services are submitted together.
Customize Form: pick a matching set or choose accent, page and card colours and your logo.
Widget & Sharing
| Option | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Direct Link | You do not have a website, or want a link for Google Business Profile, social bios, invoices and texts. |
| Fixed-height Embed | You want the form inside a page on your site at a set height (600px by default). |
| Script Embed | You want the form to size itself inside your page. |
- Open the Widget & Sharing tab.
- Copy the Direct Link, or choose an embed type and copy its code.
- For an embed, paste the code into an HTML or custom code block on your website page, where you want the form to appear.
- Check the Live Preview, then open your website page on a phone to confirm it fits.
Widget & Sharing: choose Fixed-height Embed, Script Embed or Direct Link and copy the code.
