Booking Forms › Settings › When customers can book
Available times are recalculated every time a customer picks a day. Nothing outside your business hours, inside your minimum notice, or overlapping an existing job and its buffer is ever offered.
Business hours
- Open Booking Forms and stay on the Settings tab.
- In When customers can book, turn each day on or off and set its opening and closing time.
- Save. Closed days show no time slots at all.
When customers can book: a day left off shows zero slots for that day, not just fewer of them.
Duration and buffer
Each service has a Duration (how long the job takes) and a Buffer Time (travel or setup time added after it). Slots are spaced by duration plus buffer, so a 50-minute job with a 10-minute buffer still starts on the hour rather than at ten past.
Minimum notice and booking window
Services › Edit service › Deposits & Scheduling
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Minimum Notice (hours) | Nothing inside this window from now is offered. 24 means no same-day or next-morning bookings. |
| Booking Window (days) | How far ahead this service can be booked. |
These can also be set for the whole business (Booking Forms, Settings) as a fallback, and overridden per service. When a customer books multiple services together, the strictest rule wins: the largest minimum notice among them applies to the whole visit, and the shortest booking window among them caps how far ahead the whole visit can be.
Custom hours for one service
Services › Edit service › Deposits & Scheduling › Availability
A service can use its own weekly schedule instead of your business hours — useful for a night-only or weekend-only offering that shouldn't share the daytime calendar. Turn on Use custom hours for this service, then set which days it's available and its own opening and closing times. Turning it back off clears the override and the service goes back to using your business hours.
