Servetic does not run scheduled reminders or automated follow-up sequences. There is exactly one email that fires on its own without you clicking send: a review request, and only right at the moment a job's status changes to completed.
How it works
When you mark a job Completed, Servetic checks whether review requests are turned on for your business and whether you have a review link saved. If both are true, and the job's customer has an email on file, it emails them once using the Job Completed (review request) template, with your business name, the customer's name, the service name and your review link filled in.
| Condition | What happens if it's missing |
|---|---|
| Review requests turned on | No email is sent. |
| A review link saved | No email is sent, even if the setting above is on. |
| A customer email on file | No email is sent — nothing to send it to. |
A failed send never blocks the job
Marking a job complete always succeeds even if the review email can't go out — for example if the customer has no email address, or your review link isn't set. The job is completed either way; the review request is best-effort on top of it.
