Beyond a service's base price, the Add-ons & Rules tab has a Pricing Options section covering two different things that both add to the price: grouped choices, and standalone add-ons.

Pricing option groups
A group is a set of related choices, e.g. "Site Conditions: Steep slope +20%, Gate access +$10". Each group has its own type.
| Group type | What the customer does |
|---|---|
| Single select | Picks exactly one option from the group. |
| Multi select | Picks any number of the options. |
| Quantity | Enters a count for an option, e.g. 3 trees - the option's price then scales with that count. |
Each option inside a group adjusts the price one of three ways: a flat dollar amount, a percentage, or a multiplier. A flat or percentage adjustment can apply to the service's base price or to the running subtotal, so you can layer options in the order that matches how you actually quote a job. Any single option can also be marked Requires a quote on its own, routing the booking to a quote request the moment it is picked.
Add-ons
Add-ons sit alongside option groups but are simpler standalone extras, each with its own name and price.
| Add-on pricing mode | How it's charged |
|---|---|
| Flat | The price you set, as-is, once per booking. |
| Per sq ft | The price is a rate multiplied by the base service's own measured square footage - e.g. "$0.02/sq ft" scaled to however many sq ft the customer entered for the service itself. |
| Per unit | The price is a rate multiplied by a count the customer enters for the add-on, e.g. per tree. |
Per sq ft and Per unit add-ons can each carry a minimum charge, e.g. "$0.02/sq ft, minimum $25". An add-on can also be marked Requires a quote, the same as an option.
Controlling when an add-on is offered
By default every add-on is always offered. You can narrow that with a visibility condition instead:
- Only after a specific intake answer - e.g. only offer flea treatment once the customer says yes to having pets.
- Only above a minimum quantity - e.g. only recommend a certain add-on once the job is above 3,000 sq ft.
- Only once another add-on is already selected - e.g. only offer a follow-up extra once the customer has picked Aeration.
